oh GOD !
that was database ( SQL ) problem ... i couldn't resolve the ADAM problem 
i had to start a new server 2008 , then install a new " VM view " ... 
i hope next time this problem i not happening for me , cause i don't know how to repaire ADAM ...
today is 3 day that i'm on office ...
