Java running extremely high in vCenter 5.1

Its usually tomcat6 when in my 5.1 environment but in vCenter 5.1 Java is consistently eating 94% of memory. It seems the more I add the more more it consumes.

I've tried to find a reg key to adjust but to no avail.

Any ideas?
