Update: Moved the Management network to a different subnet. Even then the SVmotion use to get stuck at 90% for more than 2-3 hrs.
After some research found an article on Thin space reclamation and set that option .Now the Svmition is consistent and Vmotion is very fast.
Still have issues with data throughput. When using IO meter from the VM to a DATASTORE ( flash drive R5 4+1) getting around 200MBps throughput but
when doing Svmtion from Esxi the throughput is only up to 40-50 MBPS.
