Hi,
i am a complete newbie so be gentel to me 
I installes a ESXi 5.1 an a vMA with the APC Power Chute Business Edition (V9.0.1) and configured it with the manual from APC.
So far no problem.
I have connection to the APC device over the serial cable and i can manage the device.
My problem is the ESXi Server will not shutdown. In the Eventlog i can see a login from the vMA but no reaktion.
As i have read, somthing must have changed with the RCLI. But what? Can i change the script to make it work?
The APC support says that i need to buy a license to make the Power Chute Software work. Is that true?
Is there a other way?
