I meant Thinapp scripts that you can implement into package. Those scripts are run before thinapped application is started up, or after thinapped applicatiopn is shuted down and so on. You can read more about this in DOCUMENTATION.
Yes, you are right. You cannot manage firewall if you are just "User". But that's not a problem of Thinapp and Thinapp will not overwrite this, because if it would be possible (but it's not), it would be security hole
