That does not sound like the same problem that you reported when starting the thread. That sounds like the issue where you successfully install VCM, but then can't login, and it says your login is disabled. This second issue occurs if you try to use your user account as the service account for VCM services, which is a bad practice. VCM should have a dedicated service account that is not used by users logging in to the console.
