Build numbers on the hosts are exactly the same. Also taking manual snapshots (with or withouth quiesce options) works just fine as I stated in the opening post. Restarting the management agent didn't help (rebooting the host was allready tried)
I don't see how the kb link is connected to my issue. Seems liks a different problem.
