TouchPad scrolling on the latest VMWare Workstation

It's been 8 years since I tried to make scrolling work in VMWare workstation! (Since 2004).

AND it's still not implemented !!

in VirtualBox it works just perfectly, why don't you guys just rip some code off VirtualBox?

there are lotsa threads with a similar problem.

I believe this problem should be VERY high priority, high percentage of users just moving to VirtualBox instead of VMWare because *BASIC* scrolling is not provided within touchpad.
