Getting errors trying to install VMWare Server 2.0.2 on Fedora 2.6.32-279

Hello all,

I am trying to install VMWare Server 2.0.2 on Red Hat 6.3. Here is the version of my Linux:

2.6.32-279.19.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64

I already followed several links in this forum. I ran even the script from http://radu.cotescu.com/how-to-install-vmware-server-ubuntu-fedora-opensuse/. Always I got some errors trying to run /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl.

Now these are the errors that I am getting:

tmp/vmware-config1/vmmon-only/linux/driver.c: In function ‘LinuxDriver_Ioctl’:
/tmp/vmware-config1/vmmon-only/linux/driver.c:1987: error: ‘struct task_struct’ has no member named ‘euid’

For more information on how to troubleshoot module-related problems, please
visit our Web site at "http://www.vmware.com/go/unsup-linux-products" and

Execution aborted.

I appreciate any help on this issue.

Regards,

Cesar

PS: maybe VMWare Server 2.0.2 is a non supported product anyway. If this is the case, I am going to use Virtual Box.
