Thin Provisioned Virtual Size

If I thin provision my VM servers how do I tell how much space could potentially be consumed if all thin servers filled to capacity.

Example: I thin provisioned a server that was 100GB but thin provisioning only used 12GB on the datastore. Theoretically, somewhere down the road that VM could be using all 100GB.
