I enabled already this timesynchronisation and it works like expected (I think you mean the option "Automaticly synchronize with an internet time server"). The problem ist that after I start my suspended vm I get the vmwaretool time synchronisation and have to wait x hours for the next ntp update. I dont want to trigger each 10min a ntp time update..
I need a way to disable the vmwaretool updates.
