Can I print screen a window inside of a VM?

Hello:

    I tried to open a .vsd file on my MacBook Pro.

Unfortunately, I do not have a version of Visio on my Mac.

So when I opened the file, it opened it my WIndows 7 Virtual Machine.

    Can I do a printscreen of this Visio Window in a VM?

If so how?

    If not, can I cut and paste it from my Windows 7 window to a Word or PDF file on my Mac?

If so how?
